Hi madam dont be afraid of it. This swollen &reddish gum is due to the accumulation of food particles and debris under the soft tissue around that un erupted last molar... This is a common problem. I have seen this in so many patients. The best option is removal of that teeth or removal of soft tissue overlying that teeth
Next Steps
i suggest a homely remedy 1.proper oral hygiene. brushing that area properly.debris accumulation almost removed. remove food particle under the soft tissue around that teeth with sterile instruments. 2.salt water gargle..... thrice daily... 3.metrogyl dg ointment apply that area
Health Tips
take proper oral hygiene measures

Hello Mam, Although without a thorough clinical examination a diagnosis isn’t completely possible but this too looks like a case of pericoronitis. We would require an OPG X-ray along with this . But if the case has become chronic then the infection might take time to subside. I would like some more information regarding this case . 1. When have you taken the last dose of antibiotics ? 2. Has the infection on this current side occurred before ? 3. Are you having any associated symptoms like pain in the glands and tonsils ?
Next Steps
If the situation becomes aggravated, you might have to visit a dental clinic.
Health Tips
Warm saline gargle .
