My right sight front molar tooth gum(very small portion? has swelled and look like pus deposit there .what may cause of it and needs to be done?

Ya ita a pus deposit , lower right 1st morlar must be affected by caries  known as Periapical abscess. It will need an exctraction , do visit a Denal chamber after lockdown till then:- -Warm saline gargel 2-3 times a day -Tab Amoxycillin 500mg Thrice daily aftermeal x 5 days -Tab Metrogyl 400mg twice daily after meal x 5 days -Zerodol sp Thrice daily af meal x5 days -Rantac D Twice daily before meal x5 days there migh be a stomach upset nothing to worry. IF you  have any allergy to penicillin  then in place of tab Amoxicillin  please take -Tab Sporidex 500 Twice day x 5 days. Thanks alot.

There can be various reasons for gum swelling. Need to upload pic or get X Ray done As of now Do betadine gargles thrice daily for week Tab zerodol sp twice daily after meals for 5days Tab flazyl 400mg twice daily after meals for 5days

1.ensure you don't have medical condition. - Diabetes mainly. 2.if it's limited 2 one teeth then most common thing could be food lodgement. 3.If old filling/crown  then an xray may be required.
Next Steps
floss 1st and salt water /Betadine rinse. wait for 1 or 2 days.if continues see the dentist.may require a xray and evaluation.

Hello, It may be either due gum disease or due to injury to the gums while brushing or food impaction.
Next Steps
gargle mouth with Luke warm salt water three times daily. also use chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily.If not resolved have to consult dentist and have antibiotics and take xray
