You Seems to be having "Gingivitis" which has become "Acute Gingivitis" which is discharging pus. You start with hot water salt mouth gargle and reach to the dentist first. You will require scaling , followed by a deep cleaning. Every one has to get their teeth cleaned once a year atleast - that is the permanent solution . Take Care
Next Steps
Hot water Salt mouth gargle and visit the Dentist
Health Tips
Plan a Dental consultation once in 6 months.
