Hi, there are small small growths coming up on my face and neck since past few months.. Should I be concerned?

Those could be either skin tags or DPN s which are generally hereditary condition , more common in obese people though. No need to be worried about it. Just for cosmetic reason it can be removed by radiofequency machine.
