Green poop in 3 month old baby boy
My son is having a green stool for more than a week. Doctor says that he has an infection but medicines are not working. There is no improvement.

Green stool is and indication of inadequate feeding or incomplete digestion . If baby looks well ,Pls concentrate on regular and on demand feeding of ur baby . Stop using antibiotics . Use zinc drops for 14 days .
