Grade 1 fatty liver

I had fatty liver since 3 years, some times my lft came normal and sometime little increased. My latest ultrasound shows mild increaseed grade 1 fatty liver. I feels pain in my right upper abdomen for few days then normal for some days. I feel pain sometimes when breath out forcefully. Pain while bending down. I show my report to many doctors they said nothing to worry but i feel pain. What I can do for pain and my liver. My lipid profile is normal. Since two months I feel pain in my right upper abdominal area.

Get a CECT abdomen done. If it’s normal then it can be simple abdominal wall pain. Still you have to take medicine . Consult online if you wish to. Increase fats in diet and reduce sugar
