Got toe nail fungus infection

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I was suffering from toe nail fungus from the past 4 months.But sometimes it pains me and for sometime there will be no pain.generally there is no swelling from toenail.no pain until unless i press it one more thing in wondering thing is it is not spreading.but confined to toe nail itself.please advice me regarding this problem
