Hello Ma’am,
Since you had a cut with a steel rack and some bleeding occurred, the main concern is tetanus protection. If your last tetanus injection (TT/Tdap) was taken within the past 5 years, then usually you don’t need another dose. But if it has been more than 5 years, or if you are not sure of your vaccination status, then it is safer to take a booster.
Meanwhile, you did the right thing by cleaning the wound. Keep the area clean and covered if needed, and watch for any redness, swelling, or pus.

Take injection T.T. Clean the injured site thoroughly with antiseptic solution and apply povidone ointment. Avoid this part getting contaminated, till it heals.

TT injection will not give immedeate immunity unless you are taking it as a booster.
Just wash the wound with soap and water and then clean with Bitadine lotion .
It is advisable to take yearly TT boosters if you are in an injury prone profession.
