From the image and description, this looks more like a small inflamed pimple/folliculitis (early boil) rather than a cyst. ~Why: • Small, superficial lesion with a white point • Short duration (~1 week) • Not deep or large (cysts are usually bigger, painful, and deeper) Next Steps 1. Simple treatment (safe in breastfeeding): • Warm compress → 10–15 mins, 2–3 times daily • Topical antibiotic: – Mupirocin or Fusidic acid (safe during breastfeeding) • Keep area clean Avoid : • Squeezing/picking (can worsen infection & scarring) • Heavy creams/oils Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Most small boils/pimples resolve with local care only • Antibiotic tablets are rarely needed unless severe You can consult online with me via Practo for a detailed evaluation and treatment.

Hi dear, I understand this can be uncomfortable—especially while you’re breastfeeding
Next Steps
Apply warm compress 3–4 times a day to help it settle or drain naturally • Keep the area clean and avoid squeezing it ❌ • You can apply an antibiotic ointment like mupirocin or fusidic acid locally (safe in breastfeeding when used on small areas)
Health Tips
If you’re comfortable, you can share a picture or location of the lesion—I can guide you more precisely
