Yes, individuals with gout can generally eat fish, but with some considerations. Fish is a good source of protein and is usually low in purines, which can trigger gout attacks. However, certain types of fish, like anchovies, sardines, herring, and mackerel, are higher in purines and should be consumed in moderation. Opt for low-purine fish like salmon, trout, and tilapia instead. Also, avoid frying fish, as it can increase unhealthy fats. Incorporate fish into a balanced diet along with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and maintain proper hydration to help manage gout effectively.

Sea food have more purine than other like mackerel, tuna sardines and she'll fish so it is better to avoid. But some of the fresh water fishes can be eaten in moderation ( also avoided if uric acid is very high) like rohu, catla and hilsa.
Health Tips
better to check uric acid before including this in diet. Better to avoid if levels are too high.
You can go for fresh water fish, and the portion should be not more than 50 g once a day. So not have prawn head, fish roe, organ meat like liver, brain, and seeds of plants.
Hi
You might take some variety of fish like tuna, salmon etc. in moderation (1-2 times a week). That too when you're avoiding/ limiting other purine rich foods like organ meats, alcohol, red meat, asparagus, soya, palak etc.
