Eating Canned Fish
Hello, I am an adult male in his early 20's who is deeply concerned about what goes into his body. Recently, I've been wanting to incorporate more fish into my diet, but I am on a tight budget so my best option is canned fish. I enjoy salmon, but even that can get expensive compared to other types of fish. I've found that I enjoy Mackerel, but apparently it is one of the fish that could lead to mercury poisoning. Is there a recommended safe amount of mackerel I can eat each week?
