Start ice , local analgesic ointment, stretching exercises. If not recovered, local steroid injection. But golfers elbow is notorious. Ultimately it needs surgery

Firstly we should known the exact point where the pain is and if it is indeed a golfer’s elbow what do you do for living which repetitive action has caused this pain is important to know only then a plan of action can work for a long time
Next Steps
For now u can stop any activity which is aggravating the pain with ice fomentation (compression) to avoid making it a chronic pain better to get it checked out to avoid more chronic pain

Take Rest and avoid heavy lifting, gym or repetitive use.Do Ice therapy 15 min, 3 times/day.Apply topical gel ans take short course of NSAIDs.
