Hi, I am having lump like feel in my throat, somtime when swallowing it's hurts and make choking feel even swallowing saliva ,I have panic disorder taking treatment for that also having acid reflux problem ,any thing is serious in my throat what to do please guide me.

Some time even acid reflux can cause the throat pain , consult ENT specialist if he says nothing wrong just ignore it
