Iump in throat sensation, since 45 days

Asked for Male, 63 Years

Lump and tingling Sensation in throat leading to fear and anxeity and is persisting leading to anxeity disorder and fobia. I am afraud of it day by day. Please sujest is there any treatment to get rid of it.
