Hi iam sushmita of age 31 today i got giddiness in the morning my eyes were getting black i cheked my bp was 120/70 normal but y did i got like that please advice from the time head ace started what to do please advice

That could be postural hypotension . So wait for sometime before getting up from bed. There could be early morning hypoglycaemia too . So all these need to be investigated and then treated. Visit a local physician
