Hello,
Your symptoms, including brief giddiness followed by a sharp headache, vomiting sensation, and sensitivity to sound, suggest a possible migraine with aura or vestibular migraine. Since your ENT and other tests are normal, neurological causes should be considered.
Possible Causes:
Migraine: Can present with dizziness, nausea, irritability, and headache.
Vestibular Dysfunction: Even if BPPV is ruled out, other inner ear issues can trigger such symptoms.
Stress & Sleep Deprivation: Can contribute to migraine-like episodes.
A detailed evaluation is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and start the right treatment. I highly recommend a neurological consultation for personalized guidance.
