8th month of my pregnancy is running, the recent hba1c report says its 6.3%...it was 6 in previous test dn 3-4 wks before...do i need to worry ?..as my gynec us suggesting nly walk nd avoid sweets.

Repeat fasting Post meal sugar test, if normal.. Follow your doctor advise.. If higher, your doctor will shift you on medication if required.. Usg doppler test necessary to check liquor and fetal well being
