My wife HBA1C is 8.5. And now she is 9 weeks pregnant.. this is her 2nd pregnancy... worrying about complications for upcoming baby.. present scan reports are fine. Any fear to take about high sugar and 9weeks pregnancy???

Hello Hba1c is high There is a risk of anomalies Get a 1st trimester anomaly scan done Can be done around 10 weeks
