Gestational diabetes test

Asked for Female, 27 Years

How frequently should we take gestational diabetes test . I had mine at 19 week and they told I don't have gestational diabetes. My 32 Nd week scan is at next week . They didn't take any test in between, is there chance i have gestational diabetes as I am craving for sweet sometimes . Pls tell symptoms

Gestational diabetes is common in Asian women. If previously you are not diabetic, we usually screen with glucose tolerance test between 24 to 28 weeks. Since your test was done at 19 weeks, better to test it again.
