Take enough magnesium supplements to relax your gastro esophageal sphinture. If the muscle are relaxed then it will close. Second, because your stomach doesn't produce enough HCl to digest protein, food doesn't move down in the gut. It stays there and putrefaction starts. So to help yourself, instead of taking drugs to stop acid production, give your supplements to support digestion. 1. Betaine HCl with pepsin 2. Supplements supporting pancreatic function 3. 60000 billions CFU of probiotics which includes strains of lactobacillus and bifodobacter If you start digesting protein in your diet then your immune system will calm down and symptoms of asthma and urticaria will decrease.
