Dear Doctor,
I am 42 years old unmarried man.
I am obese 107kg in weight and 5 feet 6inches in height.
I have GERD, Asthma, at times noticed High BP, urticaria.
I have done Endoscopy in January 2019.
Report is fine. Echocardiogram in July 19 report is fine.
My heart beat increases on walking, climbing steps upto 175bpm. Resting heart rate is normal below 85. What could it be the reason? Heart blockage?
I have been given Nexpro for GERD. Concor 5mg for high BP. Cetrizen for urticaria. Montek AB and Formoflo for Asthma.
For the past few months I am having throat sore, as if phelm in throat, slight dry cough, at times burning sensation. Now I have blisters on tongue and stomach burning sensation. I eat spicy non veg food, cake, and chocolates recently. I know I must not have it but I love food so eat it.
Now I am suffering please give me medicine for throat burning, tongue blisters and stomach burning.

With ur obesity, heart has to pump fast to circulate blood,when u r climbing...few of ur medication also causes increase in heartbeat ..but u cannot skip any medicines...
