Gerd, hiatus hernia
Is gerd, hiatus hernia cause appendicitis,or pancreatitis or  long term ppi cause these two or any complications. iam using ppi's from 8 months.after completing my tablets i stopped medicines for five days.later my stomach start pains more and tight everyday in upper abdomen before and after completing my meals. I consulted doctor 2days back he changed medicines nexpro and cinitapro before i use raberprazole and lesuride.but from 2days while taking tablets also my stomach pains whole day and after meal it creates pain and tight i also diarrhea from 2days.what should I do?

You have to change your lifestyle Reduce outside food Reduce oily and spicy food Good exersise is important everyday Keep 2 hours gap between eating food and lying down Do not fill your stomach, instead have smaller meals throughout the day
