Genital Problem
Hello,
I am 27 years old.
I have developed redness below my penis's foreskin and there are small seed like tiny thorns on the round connective area on glans below foreskin. This is on intial stages but they are progessively increasing over time.
Please advise any medicine to apply for the same. Right now there is no pain in opening the foreskin.
