Genital warts on tip of penis

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have these small pimples on the tip of my penis, identified as genital warts by a doctor during practo video consultation. I have undergone HIV, HCV tests, they were negative. These pimples are not discomforting in any way, except the way they look. The doctor advised to see a dermatologist, who will apply some chemical to burn these warts. I cannot go to a dermatologist at this moment What is the immediate solution to this issue?
