Generalized anxiety disorder, i guess
So for more than a year now i ve been dealing with this **** that is hard to explain. it s not OCD, but according to what i read it s similar to it..but not it. get it? so the problem is that i have a lot of negative thoughts. let s say, i go up the stairs, i get a negative thought so i go down and go back up again. it s like my anxiety is making me. i don t talk about it to anyone cos they ll probably send me to an asylum. please help.
