Having general cold and sore throat and having no fever, seen doctor yesterday and took azithromycin and sinarest tablet, after same having heaviness in head, please help

Do gargle with Betadine 2% in warm water Twice daily,,check for two days only. Don’t wait for too long. Check temperature. Go for tests. Take multivitamin nd vitamin c along with those tablets.go for rt pcr test or rapid. Isolate urself

Heaviness could be due to the medication or the illness itself.Since you don’t have fever,you can stop Azithromycin.You can continue Sinarest if you have runny or stuffy nose for 2 days.Drink lot of water.
