Hello, Venlafaxine has a dose dependent effect on blood pressure. Its advisable to monitor blood pressure while on venlafaxine. Though 75mg is a low dose to raise blood pressure. Go for regular blood pressure monitoring. Discuss with your practitioner regarding the same.
