Hello, Since Etizolam is a short-acting benzodiazepine analog and has been taken for only 10 days, dependence is less likely but not impossible. You may taper it gradually over 5–7 days to minimize any potential rebound anxiety or withdrawal symptoms. Suggested taper: a) Reduce to 0.5 mg for 3 days b) Then 0.25 mg for another 2–3 days c) Then stop Since you are already on an SSRI and other supportive medications (Toficalm and Quetiapine), they may help with any residual anxiety or sleep issues during the taper.
Next Steps
Follow up with a psychiatrist locally for review of the overall regimen and monitoring during tapering. Avoid abrupt discontinuation.
Health Tips
Do not consume alcohol or other sedatives during taper. Monitor for rebound anxiety, insomnia, or palpitations. If any severe withdrawal symptoms occur, seek medical help immediately.

You are taking Quetiapine, toficalm,SSRI & etizolam. If you are feeling sleepiness or lethargic in day time you can taper etizolam & then stop to take by reducing to it half of it doze for 3 days, further reduce it it's 1/4 dose in next 3 days, while monitoring your symptoms of anxiety & sleep patterns. (1 mg then, 0.5 for 3 days,0.25 for next 3 & then stop), if symptoms of sleep, anxiety reoccur then you can continue on 0.25 its low doze
Next Steps
try to taper doze as discussed above
Health Tips
you should follow DBR, Sleep hygiene also so that these life style modifications with medication benefits most

To taper off etizolam, you need to reduce the dose every 3-4 days by 0.25-0.5 mg. But the medicines must be given keeping in mind something. It is better to consult once before making any changes in the medicines on your own since you are taking other medicines as well.
