My child is 22 days old with every urine pass he has a streak of stool in the cloth diapper. I am giving him 9 times expressed milk and 1 time lactogen at night . I am worried .he also has pain as he gives a loud cry i give him colic aid , is it lactogen intolerance?? Or gastrocolic reflux? How to treat He also has a mild rash in anal area

Greetings, kindly dont mix the breast feeding and formula feed continue only with breast feeding that is moreover enough for a 22 day baby, if you continue formula feed you will end up in harming the child , it can cause immediate problem like Colic pain , intolerance gastroenteritis and long time effect like obesity , hypertension etc .
