  4. Speech delay in 22 month old. Says "oos"

Speech delay in 22 month old
My 22 month old son doesn't speak properly and uses only 6-7 words. Else he is an active child. For example if he has to say shoes he just brings his tongue out and says "oos"

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Its normal for babies to blabber at this age. Don't worry. If baby is playful , mixes with other kids And has eye contact while interacting with him, DONT WORRY AT ALL
