Gastritis problem because of using dolo
IAM having gastritis problem since 1 week, I am having body pain, head ache some times and joint pain since 20 days
and gastritis problem like gas production and after taking food feel to go for toilet twice for daily like loose stool.. what I have to do now? Can I stop dolo 650 tablt?
