I have taken so many medicine i have too much gas with constipation. I relief 50% by agnitundi vati with sootsekhar ras s. W., and panchsakar twice. Agnitundi vati help means i have liver weak or is it due weak nervous system. Pls tell me.

2) Triphala choornam 1 tsp bedtime
