Usaually sometimes i am suffer from Gastritis and Acidity problem i take medicine for it but sometimes i have mild chest pain so what should i do ? Is there any home remedies or exercise ?

How is the chest pain? Any radiation? Avoid spicy food. Take tablet rantac ( 1 tab twice daily) for 1 week. Get proper evaluation for chest Pain.
