Your CBC total count of 7800 is completely normal. Eosinophils at 10% are mildly elevated (normal upper limit is around 6%). Gastric problems do not cause eosinophilia — it is actually the reverse: conditions like parasitic infections, allergic disorders, or certain foods can raise eosinophils and sometimes also irritate the gut lining. The left hand pain and cramps are likely a separate issue and may be related to low calcium or magnesium levels, muscle tension, or nerve-related causes.
Next Steps
Get a serum IgE level and peripheral blood smear to investigate the mild eosinophilia. For the left hand cramps, check serum calcium and magnesium levels. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Your CBC is normal. Eosinophils are in upper normal range. Gastritis won't cause allergies. Inturn high Ig E levels or high eosinophils can cause gastritis. Left hand pain could be radiation pain from gastritis
