Gastric issue
Hello Doctor, My sister facing frequent gastric issue. She feels upper right back pain also most of time. Now a days she feels difficult to breath due to havey gastric problem and her feet and palm getting cold for some time. We do not know either we have to meet neurology doctor or Gastroenterology. Once her endoscopy done and that was normal. So we do not know what is the issue. Please suggest. Regards Amit

Start following these changes in your lifestyle Please follow these steps 1.frequent small meals instead of lunch & dinner n 2. Stop all green chillies, red chillies & masala from your diet. (This has to be followed strictly.Stop totally not reduce Spices) 3. Dinner by 7 pm 4.
