Hello I had regular motions everyday then I got uti a doctor gave me camyda 300 after taking that my whole abdomen was in pain and then I consulted another doctor she gave me proper treatment but my abdomen pain never reduced so she kept on prescribing me more thinking that infection was resistant turns out the infection was gone and sonography was normal but I was diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis and lower right abdomen pain is still there is it possible for antibiotcs especially 500mg everyday to cause gut issues after the course is completed cause I even during uti I had no severe symptoms except discharge and frequent urination but after these many meds I felt off although my reports were normal.What further steps should i follow now cause i am constipated and I can't take laxatives cause then I get fissures cause of diarrhoea after having laxative
