Its completely normal with protein diet. We will look after type of protein you take for example like animal or plant based . We will have to check any allergy causing protein if u take. Kindly do consult with the detail diet history and your previous allergy history.

Remember the stomach and intestines are also organs and they need time to adjust to big changes in the diet like yours. When the intestines struggle to cope, the result is loose motions. The advise is always gradually increase the amount of protein etc and not make sudden changes. All the best. J G S R clinic

this is most likely diet-related diarrhea with gastro-colic reflex, most likely triggered by recent changes in your diet.Sudden high-protein intake (especially whey protein, eggs, chicken, supplements) can disturb gut flora and cause loose stools.Pause protein supplements (especially whey/mass gainer) for 5–7 days. Switch to easily digestible proteins: dal, curd (if tolerated), paneer (small amounts), eggs (boiled).consult for further management for diarrhea.
