Gas in whole abdomen
Why everytime my abdomen is full of gas , if i take tablet it goes down for few hrs n again it form , lower part of abdomen, liver n sometime due to over gas my heart pains

Avoid alcohol intake and smoking habits if you are
Avoid sleeping immediately after taking food
