Gas building up
I joined one coaching institute for studies where I can't get time to eat food after morning till 3pm in afternoon. So this will result formation of gas in my stomach which i can hear and its moving inside stomach. So please suggest me food that i can have in morning which can make my stomach full till 3pm so that the gas was not produced

You just need to do a heavy and protienaceous breakfast so that your stomach remain full for longer duration. For more information and discussion please consult directly

You should not be having such a long gap between meals. Take some light snacks in between to prevent this issue.
