My wife has multiple calculi in gb one is 7mm.is it necessary to operate? Her hb is 5-6? Will operation be possible with this hemoglobin?

She will require iron supplements/intravenous iron  to being up her Hb before any surgery can be done. She will require surgery at some point since there are multiple calculi. Hope this helps.
