Gaining weight heavily
Dear doctor after my 1st delivery my weight is 83kgs on 2nd delivery time my weight is 93kgs ( 2yrs gap 1st to 2nd) on delivery time my weight is 107kgs after delivery came to normal weight 93kgs after 6months of delivery 4 times i ate junk food increased 4.5kgs with in a twice month but am looking same as 82kgs or 75kgs not looking fat but weight only increased what is the reason behind that??? everyone is saying last 4yrs onwards am looking same but my weight is completly increased like anything note : i dont have any thyroid so many times checked

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
