Gaining weight and having skin problems
Hi, I am 16 years old and my current weight is 60 kg. I have lots of pimples and acne on my face and neck area. I always feel sleepy. I get hungry in every 20-30 minutes. I have problem with mensuration also. I get angry on small things also. In year 2015 my weight was 45 and height 5'1 and in year 2016 it suddenly became 56 and there was no difference in my height. Currently I am of 5'2. What is the problem I am suffering though?

There r many reasons for gaining weight. Necessary investigations thyroid profile cortisol levels HbA1C. Drink water 16glasses daily Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
