GAD /social anxiety
Hello mam /sir. i had (mild) depression and (moderate to severe) anxiety. for that i was prescribed... 1:fluoxetine 2: mirtazapine doc discounted fluoxetine and switched to bupropion and tofisopam. now I don't have depression though mood fluctuate. but issue is there is very less(negligible) improvement in anxiety issue. so amy suggestions?? what should i do now? i cant take benzos or any such meds which affects congnition.

1. Anxiety have 2 types. State & Trait. Trait anxiety develops over a long time & became a part of the personality ....... Many a time it shows poor response when solely treated with pharmacotherapy 2. Antidepressants might create switch of mood ..... Regarding that u should consult your psychiatrist
