Fungal infections
After a swimming session last year I started encountering fungal infections. Sometimes I get white patches, sometimes my skin becomes wrinkled near thighs , sometimes my nose becomes completely dry after a bath . Also on applying soap I had to face itchy penis and also there is a small white patch on penile head which fades sometimes or becomes red
