Fungal infection on neck

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I have a 2 year old daughter and she has caught fungal infection looks like ringworm on her neck. I have tried to apply candid cream but no improvement. Can I apply castor-NF ointment on the infection ? Will it be safe for a kid ? How many days will it take to heal
