I have fungal infection on year. Please give me some tips or medical help tp fight with them. I have huge pain also.

You might be suffering from fungal infection of ear canal known as otomycosis. Along with anti fungal ear drops cleaning of the ear is necessary. Without proper cleaning of fungal debris it may reccur after treatment
