Constant ear infection

I have had ear infection for months now , had a wide variety of antibiotics and nothing is working. The ears are getting worse . Can you help please

Hi sometimes antibiotics alone don't work. This could be due to antibiotics resistance or underlying bony infection which would require a surgery. Sometimes there could be Cholesteatoma where surgery is only treatment.
