Fungal infection in private parts

Asked for Male, 10 Years

My 10 yrs old son is suffering from severe fungal infection in private parts and in between the buttocks...I hv already consulted a dermatologist and my son 's infection got cured..but it has reoccurred once again..plz suggest a permanent solution of treatment
