Fungal infection in hair

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Please suggest any anti fungal shampoo for my hair. I sweat a lot on body and hair too. Wearing helmet even with kerchief causes itching in hair and results in formation of dandruff. I do have back acne. When i went to dr batras, doctor mentioned that i have fungal infection on hair and back. I have not gone through dr batras treatment or used any medication for this yet.
