Recurrent Fungal infection of the ear is usually because of inadequate treatment. After cleaning the ear you need to use anti fungal ear drops for few a week to avoid recurrence. You should avoid using ear buds and keep your ear dry
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
